Report: The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat to be limited in production
The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is the biggest (and most powerful) thing to come from the Pentastar as of recent. But to keep things exclusive, Edmunds reports that the Hellcat is to be capped at the production front to just 1,200 units.
When Edmunds requested confirmation from Dodge’s CEO Tim Kuniskis, he declined to confirm, but instead said that the brand is currently working out how to allocate the Hellcat to the public when it goes on sale.
The Challenger SRT Hellcat’s party piece is a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 with 707hp and 650 lb-ft of torque on twist and starts at $59,995 when it goes on sale later this fall.
