Recalls: Ford recently recalls 5,700 2014 F150s over issue with power steering

Ford recently announced to be recalling around, 5,675 2014 F150 pickup trucks over problems with the electric power steering.

While no injuries or accidents have been caused from the issue, Ford’s spokesperson, Mike Levine, said certain models suffer from improperly installed motor position sensor gears for the power-assisted steering system.

Though only 260 affected trucks were delivered to customers while the other remaining trucks are still heading to dealers. Owners of affected trucks are asked to stop driving them and of course, a free repair will be in order.
