Photo Rendering: The Aston Martin Rapide gets reimagined for the second generation

Aston Martin has been getting a lot of news recently because the brand is preparing an entire portfolio overhaul. While rumors have begun floating around for next generation version of the DB9, Vanquish and the Vantagethe four-door Rapid has yet to be mentioned. But for those holding out on hope for a second generation model, graphic artist, Lutz Valdeig, shared his idea of what a new model could look like.

Valdeig takes inspiration from the ultra-exotic One-77 and applies it to the front of this slick rendering. And needless to say, we love this look. Nice going, Lutz!

There hasn’t been any indication or official word that Aston was going to proceed with making the model as the brand is said to focus on the DB9, Vantage, and Vanquish. The Rapide and future Lagonda SUV are still up in the air.
