Report: Pagani rumored to be working on special Nurburgring Edition Huayra

TeamSpeed.com apparently heard through the grapevine that Pagani could be preparing a new Zonda that could be inspired by the Nurburgring.

Pagani has been doing some interesting things and while the Huayra is the new focus of the company, the automaker is still pumping out special versions of its Zonda. Additionally, a Huayra roadster is expected to also be in the works. Add to that, this potential Nurburgring Edition, which could be a much more track-focused version.

Not much is known, but you could expect the usual mixture of extreme aerodynamics, slick tires, less luxuries, and even more power from the AMG-sourced 6.2L twin-turbocharged V12 good for 720hp. Production could be capped at 10-25 units.
