Photo Rendering: 2015 Mazda MX-5 rendering looks pretty darn sweet

Automotive graphic artist, Theophilus Chin, shared his idea of what the 2015 Mazda MX-5 could look like, considering the brand’s current “Kodo” design language.

That of course means the use of a very prominent grille and slit-headlights, like the current Mazda lineup.

So far, anticipation has been building for the next generation model as Miata fandom runs far and wide. Either way, Mazda has been rumored to be interested in bringing back the Miata in line with tradition to reduce weight, and even possibly ditch the folding hardtop. A diet of more than 220lbs is expected along with a more rigid body and lower center of gravity. It will be revealed at the end of this year.
