Report: Volkswagen’s CEO suggests major changes to refreshed Passat

At the New York Auto Show, Volkswagen of America’s CEO, Michael Horn, was getting on the horn quite often to answer many questions for us automotive journalist lot. And after speaking with MotorTrend, Horn disclosed that the Passat will be receiving far more significant changes when it gets refreshed for the mid-cycle, unlike the updated Jetta, which was really everything but.

According Horn, the changes to the Jetta, as subtle as they may be, do add up, but it’s on the “lower end” of what VW is capable of doing. That said, the 2016 Passat on the other hand will be more significantly changed.
