Our beloved Acura TSX isn’t bespoke to our market by any means, as the compact luxury sports sedan has been sold abroad as the European and Japanese spec Honda Accord. Over in China however, it’s sold as the Spirior, which recently received a conceptual redesign for Auto China 2014.
Not much is known about the new Spirior, but looking at model history and the connection with the European and Japanese Accord and our TSX, this new Spirior could provide us with a glimpse into what our next generation Acura TSX will look like, which is due for a replacement very soon.
Similar to our Acura models, the Honda Spirior Concept in China receives LED headlights with shadowlined accenting and multi-spoke wheels, all of which resemble Acura’s and Honda’s current design language.
