Word in the pipeline is that Nissan could be revealing a new sports car concept to rival Toyota’s highly successful GT86 sports coupe. Though according to the report from WhatCar, the new sports car will be inspired by cars from the company’s past. This implies a “retro” exterior design.
Specifics weren’t divulged, though the new concept will be used to gauge interest and reaction. Should all go well, the new sports car could see production with an updated version of the Nissan Juke Nismo’s current 1.6L turbocahrged 197hp four-banger.
