Chevrolet launched a video on YouTube, videotaping the 2014 Camaro Z/28’s lap around the Nurburgring, which only took seven minutes and 37 seconds.
Powered by a 7.0L LS7 V8 good for 500hp and 470 lb-ft of torque, the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 channels its power to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual, all while weight 300lbs less than the current ZL1.
A limited-slip differential is standard, as is track-oriented suspension, dampers, and springs.
Pricing is expected to hover around $56,000.
Check out the video after the jump.
