Report: General Motors to unveil next generation Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban et al at Texas State Fair

TheTruthAboutCars apparently spoke to some inside sources at GM who’ve leaked that the next-generation of full-size SUVs, meaning the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, and all of its variants, will be revealed at this year’s Texas State Fair in Dallas, on September 27th.

Details haven’t been disclosed, but so far, only the Tahoe, Suburban and the Yukon and Yukon XL will be bowing at the state fair, while the Escalade will come at a later, but unspecified date.

All of General Motors’ SUV and pickup truck offers are built on the same platform, and the first models to spearhead the next generation of GM trucks is the recently introduced 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups. That said, both trucks may also provide some hints as to what to visually expect with the new GM trucks.
