When General Motors had Chevrolet unveil the newly updated and facelifted 2014 Camaro alongside the all-new high-performance Camaro Z/28, many were already making comments and remarks about the Z/28 that also dons the Camaro’s future design for the remainder of this generation. Many of those comments were mixed.

Though, if you were curious to hear what Chevrolet and their designers had to say, General Motors uploaded a video that has their program engineer manager Mark Dickens explain the Camaro’s new sheetmetal.

Chevrolet redesigned the Camaro to better differentiate the V6 from the V8 models by revising the front and rear fascias accordingly, along with the head and taillights. The interior also received an update and can be optioned out according to which spec Camaro you opt for.
