Bugatti teases something via their Facebook, by cracking open some hanger doors

Bugatti has decided to tease something by opening some hanger doors leading to a very brightly lit room, it appears. Word is that this new teaser could be the rumored “Super Veyron,” which has been described to be the Veyron to end all Veyrons. Additionally, this is may also be in response to Bugatti being stripped of the “world’s fastest production car” title after the Guiness World Record group discovered an infraction.

This teaser was found on Bugatti’s Facebook, captioned: “The stage is set. It’s almost time for us to share the latest example of exceptional Bugatti performance, simply keep a close eye on Facebook over the next few days.”

Speculation describes this rumored “Super Veyron” to be powered by the Veyron’s W16 engine, displacing either 8.0L or 9.6L, which also retains its quad-turbo setup. Horsepower figures are estimated to be around 1,600hp.

It’s also said to be benefitting from a 550lbs diet thanks to more carbon fiber use. The result is a 0-60 time supposedly around 1.8 seconds for a top speed of 288 mph.
