Video: Subaru blitzes their tv ad spots for Super Bowl XLVII

Subaru has blitzed a series of new TV ad spots for its participation in the role of advertising during this year’s Super Bowl XLVII. And instead of going after approval via bikini-clad or seductive women, Subaru went after the approval of man’s best friend: doggies!

The new ad campaign is called “Dog Tested. Dog Approved,” and is set to debut during Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl IX. The campaign features Gran Weber, who’s a special kind of Subaru sales associate, a canine one in particular.

So if you’re a dog lover, or a Subaru lover, or both, be sure to look out for these ads on TV.

Put Your Dog in a Subaru

Subaru has once again partnered with MapMyFitness to continue the MapMyDOGWALK mobile application. MapMyDOGWALK provides dog owners with access to an innovative geo-mapping application that allows users to track and store their daily walking routes in an online database. On game day, Feb. 3, Dog Tested fans can interact with the campaign content on Facebook or Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl Co-Viewing Application.
