An online reveal is posted to occur around the time of the Geneva Motor Show in March, according to the timer on the website. Some speculate that a production model could even be scheduled for a Frankfurt Motor Show launch as well.
What to expect? Speculation says a 2.0L TFSI EA888 four-banger good for 290hp, sending power to all four wheels via a Haldex all-wheel system, and the choice of either a six-speed manual or DSG automatic.
Sales are expected to begin in Germany in early 2014 with a price of 38,000 EUR. No word on a US-bound version yet.
