Report: 2013 Ford Fusion recalled over faulty headlamps, second recall in days

FoMoCo is once again recalling 19,106 2013 Fusion sedan in the United States to replace faulty headlights, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The recall comes just days after the Fusion was recalled along with the new Escape for a potential issue that could cause engine fires.

In a filing with NHTSA, Ford said the latest recall involves headlights, which could become hazy and dimmer over time.

FoMoCo said there were no reports of accidents or injuries related to the issue and that it will start notifying customers and dealers next week.
