The Chrysler brand has decided to add the capital letter ‘S’ to the end of its Town and Country minivan giving it more style than ever. The new Chrysler Town and Country S minivan now joins the top-of-the-line S versions of 200 and 300 sedans with a nice monotone and dark exterior and interior trim along with a sports suspension (yes, we said sports suspension and minivan in the same sentence).
The S badge on the Town and Country adds a black chrome grille, black-accented wheels and dark headlight inserts and 17-inch aluminum wheels. Exterior colors include black red, white and silver but the inside features a blacked-out trim with a combination of leather and cloth seats, standard Blu-Ray rear-seat entertainment system, HDMI input and a pair of USB ports.
“We tailored the new Town & Country S for the active and style-minded consumers. It’s the downtown style for the Town & Country’s uptown looks,” Saad Chehab, Chrysler brand president and CEO, said in a statement.
Power still comes from a 3.6 liter V6 engine making 283-hp. The price tag starts at $32,990.
