When Maserati revealed the first images and details of the redesigned 2014 Quattroporte it didn’t say much about the powertrain specifications.

According to a report by Auto Edizione, the new 2014 Maserati Quattroporte will be available with two engine options including the base level twin-turbo 3.0 liter engine making 410-hp. The top of the lineup engine will be a twin-turbo 3.8 liter V8 making 530-hp.
Both engines will be mated to an 8speed automatic transmission. The 3.0 liter will go from 0 to 62 mph 5 seconds with a top speed of 177 mph, while the 3.8 liter V8 is expected to hit 62 mph in 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 191 mph.
