Toyota has a lot of things in store for visitors to the 2012 SEMA Show. One of the many vehicles on display is this Toyota Camry created by NASCAR’s Kyle Busch.
Busch was one of four racing stand-outs pitted against each other in the vehicle-modification build competition, took on a 2012 Toyota Camry SE and remade it into what he calls the ‘Rowdy Edition’ Camry, named for his ‘Rowdy’ name on the racing circuit.
“Our approach to the build [was] to make a car with the stance, attitude and handling of a road-race car while retaining the functionality of a production Camry,” Busch said. “This looks like something we should run at Daytona and Talladega.
Among the upgrades are a custom widebody kit, custom front and rear belly pans, a DSE-designed front air splitter and rear air diffused and a custom true dual exhaust system. The inside features black and red leather Lexus IS F bucket seats.
