DMC Sovrano supercharged Maserati GranCabrio makes 582-hp
German tuning house DMC rolled a Maerati GranCabrio into its garage and rolled out a flashy and completely modified version of its stock starting point.
A significant power tune is the highlight of this package with a 148hp boost for the 4.7-liter V8 with an extra 60 lb-ft of torque, as well. The total output reaches 582hp at 7,300rpm and 348 lb-ft of torque at 5,400rpm.
The suspension has been upgraded with a sports suspension that drops the model by 1.2-inches all the way around.
On the inside, the GranCabrio gets a coat of DMC leather accented by a chequered stitch, a new steering wheel, carbon fiber trim and aluminum pedals.
Exterior mods include new carbon fiber components that include a front bumper with a lip spoiler, side skirts, and a rear diffuser. A set of 20-inch wheels are color-matched to the exterior paint, wrapped in rubber sized at 255/30 R 20 up gront and 305/30 R 21 in the rear.
Hard to miss, but still attractive.
