While Porsche was at the Nurburgring trying to set a lap-time record (which they did of 7 minutes and 14 seconds), they invited our friend Chris Harris to take a ride in the company’s latest creation. Unfortunately, the ride only consisted of a quick ride around the streets of Nurburgring.

“I normally hate these shotgun features, unless they involve Group B cars, but the 918 needs some understanding,” Chris said.
Power for the Porsche 918 Spyder will produce 770-hp with a 0 to 62 mph time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of more than 200 mph. Fuel-economy should come in around 3 liters/100km or 78.4 mpg US.
