Independent design student creates Lamborghini Perdigon Concept

Lamborghini’s designs took a literal sharp turn back in 2008 with the release of the Reventon Coupe, and the theme has continued to permeate the rest of the line since.

Jet fighters initially provided the inspiration, which design students frequently adopt when drafting for future models of the Lamborghini’s caliber. Ondrej Jirec is one such artist, who has brought a concept to the table dubbed the Lamborghini Perdigon.

The Transport Design student at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California named the concept after a famous fighting bull from 1894, and created it to be a hypercar that would go up against the likes of the Bugatti Veyron.

Sharp shapes and angles can be found throughout the body, accompanied by a visible fan beneath the windscreen and a large air intake.
