Jaguar Land Rover announced today that it has invested £370 million ($589 million USD) to upgrade its UK manufacturing facilities to launch production of the new Range Rover in 170 countries around the world.
Sales of the fourth-generation 2013 Range Rover are scheduled to start this month following a three-year engineering project.
The investment will support 1,000 jobs in design, product development and manufacturing at Jaguar Land Rover.
