G-POWER gets its hands on the BMW 1-Series M Coupe

An all-new performance package has been developed by the tuners over at G-Power for the BMW 1M Coupe that kicks out a good amount of horsepower.

To achieve close to a 100hp gain, the tuning house added flow-optimized downpipies to drop exhaust gas temperatures, new engine software and more capacity for the boost cooling system. Lastly, G-Power swapped out the standard exhaust for a titanium one that is 20 percent lighter, and adds four tailpipes available in either titanium or carbon.

The 1M’s new output reaches 435hp and 435 lb-ft of torque, up from the standard 340hp and 368 lb-ft. Its new 0-62mph time clocks in at 4.5 seconds, and hits a top speed of 186mph.

Topping off the performance mods is a G-Powered Braking System sized up to 396mm with up to six pistons, and a set of 20-inch G-Power Silverstone alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin tires.

This is a well-executed performance tune from the people at G-Power.
