Report: Lexus to add GS coupe, compact five-seat crossover, and production LF-LC to lineup

Some new reports are out surrounding Lexus’s lineup in the near future. After the official online debuting of the redesigned Lexus LS, AutomotiveNews reports that we could expect to see some new models pop up over the next couple of years to help boost sales.

In addition to the new LS, Lexus reportedly is indeed working on a production version of the LF-LC Concept and even a coupe version of the GS. The SUV/crossover department will be getting a new guy as well, according to the report. It will most likely be a smaller five-passenger crossover, built to compete with the likes of the BMW X3, Audi Q5, and Mercedes-Benz GLK.

Conclusively, this new supposed Lexus GS is considered as being a possible replacement for the SC nameplate. It’ll slot between the IS Coupe and the LF-LC and is expected to cost around $60,000 large.
