Report: Maserati Quattroporte patent drawing allegedly leaked
Maserati is hard at work on the successor for the Quattroporte and after that – another model that will rival the likes of the BMW 5-Series.
Anticipated to debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January, the Maserati Quattroporte will go on sale in late 2013. How will it look?
Well, some drawings have popped up that were allegedly filed with the European Patent Office – giving us our first look at what the production model could potentially look like. From what we can see, it seems like the next Quattroporte will carry a more sedan like profile, while still trying to be sporty.
Power is expected to come from a 420-hp V6 and supercharged V8 making 520-hp.
