Most of us have heard tidbits of information about Cadillac’s potential new rear-wheel drive flagship that is expected to duke it out with the likes of the BMW 7-Series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and so on. That said, to further prove that it is on the way, some journalists stumbled upon a new trademark filing that said “Cadillac LTS” on it.

It’s been known that despite these trademarks, companies may not always follow through with the filed names as unpredictable circumstances could alter the fate of a project. But it’s been fairly received that this new rear-wheel drive flagship is in the works, though, Cadillac themselves have remained very quiet.

Either way, time will tell as we see Cadillac’s future and exclusive modular architecture unfold in different variations.
