Time to get torquey! Volkswagen of America has announced the pricing details for the Beetle TDI Clean Diesel Coupe. The price will start at $23,295 for the TDI with a 6-speed manual and will run all the way up to $27,295 for the TDI with Sunroof, Sound, and Navigation.
Power for the 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Diesel comes from a 2.0 liter turbo Clean Diesel engine making 140-hp and 237 lb-ft of torque. When mated t a manual transmission the, the Beetle TDI averages an estimated 32/41 mpg (city/highway).
The Volkswagen Beetle TDI Clean Diesel is available in three different trim levels (including TDI, TDI with Sunroof and TDI with Sunroof, Sound and Navigation).
