Rumor: Volvo working on long-wheelbase S60 for China

It seems like they absolutely love long-wheelbase cars in China. At the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, BMW unveiled the long-wheelbase 2013 3-Series and now rumor has it that Volvo will jump in on the stretching fun with a Volvo S60L.

The Volvo S60L will be produced in Chengdu before the end of the year at a new Volvo facility in China. The plant hopes to pump out 200,000 units a year. Currently, Volvo offers a S80L in China thorough its Chang’an-Volvo relationship.
