Report: Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to get targa-style carbon fiber roof

Last year, the EPA’s fueleconomy.gov site accidentally posted the miles per gallon figures for the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster – inadvertently confirming the existence of the car (which was obviously inevitable).

Now we haven’t heard much about the Aventador Roadster since then but new reports suggest that the drop top version of Lamborghini’s new supercar will feature a removable two-piece carbon fiber hardtop. The report comes from Italian magazine Quattroruote, which says the Aventador will be a targa-top type of open-air fun.
