At the 2012 New York Auto Show, Lincoln will try to lift the lid on the brand’s sales by offering one of the largest retractable glass roof panels in a production sedan. At the push of a button, a 15.2 square-foot skylight glass roof will recede over the MKZ’s rear window.

Key elements of the 2013 Lincoln MKZ’s retractable glass roof include:
- A wind deflector for a soothing ride within the cabin.
- The self-adjustable roof moves eight inches forward at speeds above 40 miles per hour to maintain a quiet riding environment.
- A watertight cabin in the face of the most demanding conditions.
Lincoln will be offering the itsretractable glass roof as an option on the MKZ.
