Marchionne gets $18.9 million from Fiat, $0 from Chrysler
It was reported earlier this week, the Chrysler Group LLC CEO Sergio Marchionne declined a salary and bonus for 2011 – during the period where the automaker repaid $7.6 billion in loan from its bankruptcy bailout.
But don’t worry – Marchionne is still in good hands. Being CEO of Chrysler and its majority share holder Fiat Group, Marchionne still received a couple million from the Italian side of the partnership.
Fiat paid Marchionne $18.9 million in salary and incentive pay in 2011. He received a $3.2 million salary and stock options valued at $15.68 million.
