Chrysler has teamed up with John Varvatos to benefit the 9th annual Stuart House Benefit that will take place on Sun., March 11 in Los Angeles. The event raises funds for the Stuart House, an innovative treatment facility that caters to the special needs of children.

“The Chrysler brand is proud to serve as a sponsor of the ninth annual Stuart House Charity event; this is truly a special organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of these children,” said Saad Chehab, President and CEO – Chrysler Brand, Chrysler Group LLC. “The Chrysler team designed and built a one-of-a-kind 2012 Chrysler 300S for this event in hopes that it will not only raise funds for this cause but also generate awareness for this unique facility.”

Varvatos and Chrysler have teamed up to built a specially tailored 2012 Chrysler 300S for the charity’s online auction. Bidding for the Chrysler 300S began on Friday, March 2.

The Chrysler 300S is powered by a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 making 292-hp and is mated to an 8-speed automatic allowing it to get a EPA rated fuel-economy of 19/31 mpg (city/highway). The Chrysler 300S HEMI is powered by a 5.7 liter V8 making 363-hp and gets 16/25 mpg.
