Kelley Blue Book is one of the oldest and leading provider of new car and used car information – so when they say something, it’s smart to listen. The publication has just announced its 10 Best Sedans Under $25,000.
Kelley Blue Book makes a good point that the popular sedan segment is being bombarded with new cars that try to one-up each other with features and design, ultimately giving the American consumer the chance to win with a range of choices.
