Koenigsegg is showing an upgraded Agera R here at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. So what’s the upgrade about? Besides the nice lightning matte blue color you see here, the 2013 Agera R gets a power jump to 1,140-hp using E85 fuel, a jump in its rev limited from 7,250 rpm to 7,500 rpm, carbon fiber wheels, nano surfaced cylinder sleeves, Koenigsegg Electronic Stability, a lighter exhaust system and a new front and side winglets.
Before the upgrades, the 5.0 liter twin-turbo V8 helped the Agera R produced 1,115-hp on E85 fuel – regular 95-octane gasoline only let it produce 940-hp. The Agera R is capable of going from 0 to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 240 mph.
