2013 Audi A3 hatchback gets fully leaked before Geneva

A bunch of images of the upcoming Audi A3 hatchback have been leaked on the web prior to the cars public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. While Audi may be a little angry about the embargo break, the German automaker does have more A3 variants up its sleeve – the hatchback will be followed by a two door convertible, a five-door hatchback and a sedan.

As you can see from the pictures, the Audi A3 remains pretty similar to the A3 Concept we saw last year.

The new Audi A3 will be built on the company’s new Modular Transverse Matrix (MQB) vehicle platform. The platform will also underpin the next-generaton Volkswagen Golf.

Check out more news on the Audi A3.

Power for the Audi A3 will come from a range of diesel and gasoline units but you can definitely expect to see a 1.4 liter TSI 4-cylindr unit.

More details will be revealed just before the 2012 Geneva show. Stay tune.
