The team over at EVO Magazine decided to put four high-performance Euro-sedans in a head-to-head drag race to settle the debate on which is the king of the segment.

Porsche Panamera S: Power comes from a 4.8 liter V8 making 400-hp with a maximum torque of 369 lb-ft. Mated to Porsche’s 7-speed PDK transmission, 0 to 60 mph comes in 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 175 mph.
Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG: Power comes from a 6.3L V8 making 518-hp and a maximum torque of 465 lb-ft mated AMG”s SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission. 0 to 60 mph comes in just 4.4 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.
