Video: Which is cleaner? A Ford F-150 SVT Raptor or a leaf blower?

Ford F150 Raptor vs. Leaf Blower

The ladies and gents over at appear to be running out of sensible and conventional vehicle tests, so they pitted two leaf blowers against a Ford SVT Raptor and a Fiat 500. Though the clip they produced may be sensationalized a la the National Geographic Channel or History, there is a clear method to their madness: emissions. The seemingly off-the wall test yielded some very interesting results, which are detailed at 2:22 in the video.

The Raptor beat the Fiat and actually removed hydrocarbons that were in the air beforehand; the results thereafter were somewhat predictable: the four stroke leaf blower beat out the two stroke.

Once again, the test brings up a significant point: due to pretty stringent emissions controls even on the 411 bhp single cam V8 in the Raptor, the US is at no risk of turning into a massive, smog-veiled Los Angeles. Obviously LA has a few other factors such as a mountain range-induced inversion layer, but I think you catch my drift.
