Jaguar can’t stop giving us enough of the new XKR-S Convertible – and we’re not complaining.

Following its debut at the 2011 LA Auto Show last week, Jaguar has now released a video of the new XKR-S Convertible taking a lap of the famous Nurburgring.

Refresher: Power for the 2012 Jaguar XKR-S Convertible comes from the company’s third generation AJ-V8, the XKR-S convertible retains the same supercharger as its coupe sibling, but was retuned to churn out 542-hp and 502 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 time of just 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph.
