Refresher: The 2012 Audi S8 is powered by a 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 engine pumps out an awesome 520-hp with a peak torque of 479 lb-ft. Mated to a 8-speed S Tronic transmission and permanent quattro all-wheel-drive, the 2012 Audi S8 goes from 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.
