The controversial Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet has been upgraded for 2012 model year with new packaging, options, colors and a lower price tag. The 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet now starts at $44,540, a decrease in price of $1,850.

For the 2012 model year, the advanced Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System is now available as a standalone option and one new exterior color, Pearl White, has been added.

Inside, the 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet interior starts with the top-of-the-line Murano LE AWD and takes it to the next level of standard features and convenience. Nissan has added luxurious materials throughout, with standard leather-appointed seats, unique wood-tone trim tuned to match each of three available interior colors (Black, Cashmere and Camel), and available premium double-stitched pattern leather-appointed seating.

Power for the all-wheel-drive 2012 Nissan CrossCabriolet comes from a 3.5 liter V6 engine making 264-hp with a maximum torque of 248 lb-ft. The engine is mated to a second-generation Xtronic CVT with Adaptive Shift Control (ASC).
