Since 2007 when the global GT-R was released, Nissan has been working on improvements and tweaks for the model. After last year’s power upgrades from 3.8-liter turbo V6 to 530hp, the automaker is still looking for ways in can upgrade the 2013 GT-R.

Nissan announced at a Nurburgring press event that it will be adding around 40-hp, putting horsepower at over 570, lowering C02 emission, and remapping the ECU.
