Report: Buick Regal station wagon will not happen

2011 Buick Regal

Ever since the Buick Regal made its debut as 2011 model year sedan, there has been speculation that General Motors is planning a station wagon variant. At first it was just speculation but then we started seeing pictures of a Opel Insignia Sports Tourer with a Buick badge around Detroit.

Nonetheless, a new report by Inside Line states that there will be now Buick Regal station wagon. A spokesman said that a Regal station is no where in Buick’s plans.

“Absolutely not,” he said. “There is no Regal Wagon in our future plans.”
