Wiesmann giving MF3 Roadster a colorful farewell

Wiesmann MF3 Roadster

Wiesmann will bring an 18 year run to a close, crafting the final Roadster MF3 models. Eighteen distinct versions will be made in conjunction with Sieger, with full intentions of leaving a lasting impression on the automotive industry.

The MF3 debuted in 1993 after five years of development, and made a statement as a classic model designed for those that love to drive. An in-line 6-cylinder powers the car and packs 343-hp and plenty of toque to back it up. Friedhelm Wiesmann, managing director, said of the car “Our basic idea was to create an amazing design that would make the last cars even more desirable and valuable.”

As for teaming up with Sieger, Wiesmann comments that “Sieger is known the world over as a premium brand, and its designers have earned it international attention and admiration. It is the ideal company to match our ambition to combine beauty and technical perfection as one.” Additionally, the two that manage both these companies are brothers, and the brands are both based out of the same city.

The eighteen different models on the car will share an updated exterior and interior, with varying paint schemes and details.

Frankfurt Motor show will mark the release of the final edition Wiesmann Roaster MF3.
