SsangYong XUV 1 Concept teased before Frankfurt debut
SsangYong is a small South Korean manufacturer that only produces cars for the Asian markets. Earlier this year, they were bought by Indian conglomerate Mahindra & Mahindra. And now as a result of the fresh investment, SsangYong will be unveiling a new compact crossover at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year.
Today, three new photos of SsangYong’s Concept XUV 1 were released, which the company describes as a “premium Crossover Utility Vehicle” or CUV. SsangYong said themselves that their CUV will go against the likes of the Nissan Juke and will offer “the rugged feel of a full-sized SUV without any compromise in running costs.”
Not much other information about SsangYong’s concept was shared, but we can expect to see this information pop up as we get closer to the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
