Ferrari offering winter driving course to all FF buyers in the U.S.

The new 2012 Ferrari FF will hit U.S. dealerships this fall, which will be just in time for your drives on sticky road conditions and trips to ski resorts. Even though the Ferrari FF is an all-wheel-drive vehicle – it’s still a true supercar and you’ll need some skill in harnessing all that power under the hood. With that in mind, Ferrari is offering a special winter driving event in Aspen, Colorado to all Ferrari FF owners.

Sessions will begin in January and be available for 6-7 weeks.

“Modeled on the “Pilota on Ice” programs recently offered in Italy, the winter driving program will allow Ferrari owners to experience the all-new FF in dynamic snow and ice conditions,” Ferrari said in a statement. “Spaces will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.”

The engine is mated to Ferrari’s patented 4RM four-wheel-drive system and a 7-speed transaxle dual-clutch F1 gearbox, allowing the Ferrari FF to go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 208 mph.
