Four years after its launch, the current Audi A4 is scheduled to go under a mid-lifecycle facelift. According to reports, the new updated look will carry design cues and technology features from the new 2012 Audi A6.
For all of you that are fans of Audi’s gadgets and gizmos, the updated Audi A4 will benefit from the new and improved MMI control system along with additional features from the A6.

Under the hood, Audi A4 buyers can expect a revised engine lineup offering better power and increased fuel-economy (sounds like the same old song from every other automaker). The 3.0 liter twin-turbo TDI engine will also find its way to the A4 as its high-performance diesel flagship offering.
We don’t have any confirmed dates, but the upgraded Audi A4 should arrive later this year.
