Ever since the debut of the Bugatti Veyron, we’ve seen 8 different variants of the supercar (including the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport and the Veyron Super Sport). Well, The company is now unveiling another special-edition Veyron in a partnership with Konigliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, a renowned produced with an ability in creating pieces of automotive art.

Known as the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport L’Or Blanc, the model is the world’s first vehicle to feature the finest porcelain on its body, as well as in its cabin.

“At first, it seems to be an unusual idea to use porcelain in a car, especially in the world’s fastest convertible,” comments Dr. Stefan Brungs, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bugatti Automobiles. “But this is what Bugatti stands for: the realization of exceptional ideas whilst striving for the utmost in quality and aesthetics. This allows us to continue Ettore Bugatti’s heritage, who himself loved to experiment with new materials.”

The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport L’Or Blanc is making its world debut at the KPM workshops in Berlin today.

Price? A whopping 1.65 million euros or $2.39 million USD.
