Tesla Model S Alpha

Earlier this year, Tesla Motors released a photo of its first prototype for the Model S electric sedan, known as the Model S Alpha. A Tesla employee also confirmed that a second prototype was also in the works known as the Model S Beta. While we still haven’t seen the Model S Beta, Tesla has released some new images of the Model S Alpha.

“Before Model S enters production it will have been thoroughly tested using both computer simulations and test vehicles. Tesla will complete two vehicle testing phases, Alpha and Beta,” Tesla said previously. “The Alpha phase began in 2010. Here is one Alpha driving in California.”

Best looking electric car to date! Hopefully for Tesla it is also reliable!

Yeah it looks real nice, it also looks like a Jag XF ripoff.

Sorry, but no Jaguar, XF or not, ever looked this good. Von Holzhausen did the styling, the same guy who designed the ONLY GM cars worth looking at in the past 50 years (the Pontiac Solstice
and Saturn Sky). Naturally, having talent, GM let Mazda hire him away. Needed more dough to pay their $140 K per year unskilled (are they ever),fat and unproductive UAW employees.
In case you’ve been on Mars, this is the future, and good riddance to the Rube Goldberg machine
that we all know and despise – the gas powered car, guaranteed to enable Mid East terrorists
to ply their trade without want for capital. Now it’s enabled Iran to get the bomb. Oh, goody! Thank
    you oil companies.
