Video: Lexus CT 200h Hybrid 3D Art Projection on Earth Day

Last month, Hyundai took over the side of a building while projecting a 3D landscape that advertised a 2012 Hyundai Accent. In Hyundai’s marketing initiative, the Accent was suspended on the side of the building, which was impressive by itself.

Lexus recently made a similar marketing campaign during Earth Day. As part of the launch of the new Lexus CT 200h, Lexus transformed The Roosevelt Hotel with a 3D projection featuring architectural light mapping technology. Using state-of-the-art projection, lighting, shadows and 3D animation, the imagery popped from the walls and windows of the hotel to animate the landmark. Oh, and you can view it all without the need for 3D glasses.
