Rolls-Royce Phantom App launched, let’s you use camera to pick any exterior color

Rolls-Royce today launched its Rolls-Royce Phantom App, which is now available on the App Store. The Rolls-Royce Phantom App for the Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod touch allows clients and enthusiasts to create highly bespoke virtual models. It also allows users the ability to apply unique color and interior trim combinations.

Since Rolls-Royce is very proud of the 44,000 colors its offers for the Phantom a special feature on the app lets users create the most individual of exterior finishes.

Known as the Bespoke Color Match feature, users can use the camera on an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, to capture basically any color and apply it directly to the exterior of the Phantom.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom App also features 360-degree exterior views and three interior angles from the front, side and rear seat. It can be used to configure Phantom, Phantom Coupe and Phantom Drophead Coupe and follows the launch of the Rolls-Royce Ghost App released in March last year. Both apps are available free of charge from the iTunes App Store.
